    Challenges of a challenge

by Hannah Smith August 2, 2017
    August 2, 2017

Starting this little challenge felt and sounded like a good idea at the time. “It’s gonna be so good, I’ll share my journey and get a perky butt in the mean time”. Blah blah blah. I hate past Hannah right…

    Always be a goal digger

by Hannah Smith July 8, 2017
    July 8, 2017

To reach your goal, you have to get out of bed. Unlucky. On this quest of mine to actually add some muscle to my behind, get my eating back on track and create new, healthy habits, I am reminded that…

Day 1: The pursuit of a perky peach

by Hannah Smith July 5, 2017
    July 5, 2017

Well I bloody well did it. I joined a pretty sweet gym near my day job and smashed myself with a killer lower body session in the same day. I sense I will not be able to walk properly over…

F45, anxiety, and all the things in between

by Hannah Smith June 5, 2017
    June 5, 2017

Content warning: this post is completely self-indulgent. F45 Carrara is mentioned briefly. It’s been a good year. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to say that with so much conviction. For too long I had been floating…

For anyone going through a a difficult time right For anyone going through a a difficult time right now, whether it be a rough patch, a life-changing experience, a plateau … anything. May this be a reminder that you are capable of amazing things, and it’s okay if things don’t always go to plan. It’s okay if things get put on hold.

Life will throw all sorts of things our way. If you have to take a break from the work right now, don’t worry. It’ll be here when you get back. Take care of yourself first💫

My partner reminded me last night that it’d been My partner reminded me last night that it’d been a year since Hazy Love was released.

A whole year.

Reminiscing brought on a lot of feelings that I’m still processing, hence the late post. I’m proud of what I’ve achieved, but disappointed that my second book is still not out. Being a slow writer leads to a constant battle of emotions and I’m still figuring out how to not beat myself up.

At the end of the day, despite the struggles, I’m grateful. Thank you to every single person who’s shared, liked, bought, borrowed and reviewed my debut novel. It means more than you know✨
